Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, send an email to quoting the order number shown on the purchase receipt that was emailed to you.

If you send the cancellation email before the order has been shipped, it will be cancelled immediately and the refund will be processed.

To cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.

Returns and Exchanges

Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 40 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in, and must be in the original packaging.


We ship anywhere worldwide. If there are no shipping options available once you have entered the shipping address, please contact us to trouble shoot this issue.

Orders that are submitted online are shipped within 3 business days. We use both carbon neutral shipping via Sendle and also Australia Post. All of our shipping packages are either compostable mailing bags or cardboard boxes.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a credit to the card used for the original method of payment for the item, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

Damaged Goods

If the goods received are damaged, do not work, or work differently than advertised, then you are entitled to either a refund of the item, or exchange the item with another. If this is the case, please send an image of the damaged or defunct item to, and let us know whether you would like a refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days, and exchanges will be shipped within 2 business days.


If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
